How to Use
For a good night’s sleep, we recommend a regular calming ritual before bed. Massage your hands and feet with our lavender salve, spray your pillow with our lavender spray, put a drop of our essential oil in your bedside diffuser, and recite your sweet dreams poem aloud to your moon ornament.
