Entry # 1: Fantastic Florals & Plaid - This gorgeous flower filled entry was created by the talented Krista Jones of Heritage Gatherings. Reds, Pinks, and Fuschia abundantly burst forth atop a plaid cloth with charming vintage floral dishes and brass candlesticks. The spread included a tomato caprese salad, carrot soup served with fresh bread and rolls in flower pots with fresh butter, a cascade of grapes and painted pumpkin cookies for dessert. Entry # 2 - Gourd-gous Fall Picnic - This autumnal entry was inspired by the beautiful colors of fall featuring a beautiful floral arrangement by Cameron Peters Floral Design atop a table runner of moss. The spread included a herb-crusted filet with horseradish sauce, delightful butternut squash soup served in fresh gourds, an amazing board featuring oven-baked cheese with Mangrove honey, and an assortment of accoutrements and desserts including incredible handmade apples. Entry # 4 - This fantastic cowboy themed tribute to the wild west went all out on every detail featuring a table top western saddle, a conceptual “campfire” installation, lantern, and steamy camp pitcher all atop plaid tablecloth with darling cowboy boot napkins and rodeo placemat. The seats were adorned with saddlebag and fur cushion, while guests dressed the part in chaps, cowboy boots and hats. The spread included corndogs, fried chicken and beans, cornbread, and apple pie for dessert. Dreamed up by Katheryn Ashleigh and joined by James, Eric, and April.
Entry # 3 - This charming entry “Little Women of the Labyrinth” embraces a shared joy of reading out of doors. Their delightful fall spread included a board of Prosciutto Toasts with customizable toppings (including our favorite touch a mortar and pestle filled with culinary lavender), a baguette, baby tomatoes, pumpkin muffins, lofthouse pumpkin cookies with a cream cheese frosting, some favorite books and fabric pumpkin decor with a floral arrangement of home grown hydrangea and all locally sourced seasonal flowers from @natural_florals. Entry # 5 - A rustic harvest tribute with herringbone picnic blanket and lovely patterned table runner complimenting some fancy napkin styling complete with gold napkin ring and flowers. A wheat and dried lavender bouquet in a patterned glass vase completed the fall centerpiece. A tasty focaccia, bread loaf, cheese and charcuterie board, clementines, corn salad and chicken salad sandwiches were procured from @dibrunobros @freconfarms with wine from Stone Keep Wine Cellars. Entry # 6 - This countryside spread delights with its Provence-esque details from table cloth to topiary; we caught them mid feast enjoying deviled eggs, focaccia, a cheese board with fig spread and charcuterie, smoked salmon and toasts, olives, savory tart, the cutest hard boiled quail eggs, and mouthwatering cheesecake curated by Sheila Sanford with food sourced from @talulastable and @countrybutcherksq.
