Location Scouting

*One of our favorite brands, Terrain, used our large dairy barn as a location. Here is one of the dreamy results.*

We welcome professional photographers, filmmakers, content creators and brands to take advantage of the many unique vignettes this historic pastoral property has to offer. From wild woodlands, to lavender fields, a small formal tiered garden for exteriors to thirteen Class 1 historic structures from a tiny darling potting shed to very large Dairy Barn, Stone Barn, circa 1737 Stone House and a Log Tenant House there is a lot opportunity to be creative.

More elaborate conceptual shoots requiring props additional lighting or multiple costumes, magazine or catalog shoots, advertisements, commercials, professional videos and the like are subject to certain terms, restrictions and fees based upon the nature of the production request.
